  • Mike has served as the President of Caprock Midstream since its inception
  • Prior to co-founding Caprock Midstream, Mike served as Vice President of Hoover Energy Partners (an Energy Spectrum portfolio company), developing midstream infrastructure in the prolific Delaware Basin
  • In addition to his time at Caprock Midstream and Hoover Energy, Mike has over 25 years of midstream experience in leadership positions with Enterprise Products, GulfTerra, El Paso Field Services and Delhi Gas Pipeline
  • Mike holds a BS in Business Management from Southern Nazarene University
  • David is Chief Operating Officer for Caprock Midstream, overseeing project development and execution as well as facility operations
  • Prior to co-founding Caprock, David was the Operations and Engineering Director for Project Consulting Services, Inc., a pipeline and facilities engineering firm.  At PCS David specialized in all phases of project development, from Pre-FEED analysis to start-up and operational support
  • Before joining PCS, David held a variety of management roles in both onshore and offshore project management and operations with Southern Natural Gas and El Paso Energy
  • David brings over 23 years of successful project execution experience to Caprock, with an impressive track record of meeting timelines and budgets, while surpassing client expectations and performance goals
  • David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University
  • Sanjay is Chief Financial Officer for Caprock Midstream, overseeing financial management, corporate development and acquisitions
  • Prior to co-founding Caprock, Sanjay was the Managing Director and head of the oil & gas investment practice at GE Corporate Ventures where he led a team of six investment professionals and represented GE on the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies
  • Sanjay also worked as Vice President in GE Energy Financial Services’ Natural Resources platform where he led the execution of midstream and upstream equity investments
  • Prior to his time at General Electric, Sanjay held roles at The Dow Chemical Company, El Paso Corporation, The Boston Consulting Group and Imperial Oil Resources
  • Sanjay holds an MBA from The University of Chicago, a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.Sc. in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary
  • Darin is the Vice President of Commercial Activities at Caprock Midstream, overseeing all commercial and business development activities
  • Darin has over 27 years of experience in the energy industry, including midstream, marketing and producer services
  • Prior to co-founding Caprock, Darin began his career with Mitchell Energy before moving on to El Paso Field Services, Anadarko and Copano
  • Darin has significant experience in asset acquisition and the negotiation of gathering, processing and treating agreements.  In the last 7 years Darin has negotiated agreements that will generate over $1.3B in revenue over a 10 year period
  • Darin is a graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology
  • John is the Vice President of Engineering at Caprock Midstream where he oversees the development and execution of gas, gas liquids and crude oil projects
  • Prior to joining Caprock, John was the Senior Vice President of Engineering for Energy Transfer LP, where he successfully completed the Energy Transfer processing facilities build-out of over 1000 miles of pipeline and 1.2 BCFD gas processing
  • John also holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Rice University in Houston Texas and over 41 years of unparalleled oil and gas midstream industry experience
  • Joe serves as Vice President of Operations where he oversees all field operations and operations control functions
  • Prior to joining Caprock, Joe was with Summit Midstream where he served as SVP of Operations. He was responsible for growing Summit's operations presence from a single asset in the Barnett Shale to a $2 Billion midstream company with operating assets in the Barnett, Marcellus, Utica, Bakken, Powder River, Piceance, and D-J Basins
  • Throughout his career he also held various operations management roles with Enterprises Products and El Paso Field Services
